Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Initial Inspection

Remove top of shipping carton and verify contents. Inspect forany damage.

Step 2: Cutting and Precautions

Cut zip-tie from electrical power supply and remove mattressretainer carefully. Be cautious while using sharp tools to avoidinjury.

Step 3: Assembling Head and Foot Sections

Lift head and foot sections out of the carton. Place headsection on a clean surface and align mounting holes. Slide head andfoot sections together.

Step 4: Mounting Points

Place T-Spacers between mounting points and install centersupport brackets. Tighten nuts using the provided wrench.

Step 5: Cable Connections

Route foot motor cable underneath the base frame and connect tohead motor cable. For 600 model, connect foot massage motor cableto the control box.

Step 6: Installing Legs

Screw legs into threaded inserts at corners and center supportbrackets. Adjust leg height using the pin to ensure the base islevel on the floor.

Step 7: Final Setup

Rotate the base onto its legs and remove remainingpackaging.

Step 8: Remote Control Setup

Install batteries in the remote control and plug the power cordinto an outlet. Test base functions using the remote control.

Step 9: Adjustment and Installation

Lower the base to a flat position and install the mattressretainer at the foot end of the base according to the providedinstructions.
